We have a lease, plans, and a mighty community of stoked builders, now we need funding and materials to make the new Lodge plans a reality! Every little bit helps! Funding is our main need at the moment, but materials, tools, expertise, and logistics help are always much appreciated. All funds collected will go toward the rebuilding of the lodge. Every attempt at minimizing costs will be made. After analyzing our architectural drawings with our building contractor, Mark Haines, soliciting quotes for several parts of the building and internal items such as a new kitchen, we reached a minimum cost estimate of $250,000. We will present a financial report at the conclusion of the building process. We prefer a check for large donations! That way we don’t have to pay the 2.9% electronic processing fee!
